COLUMNA DINING SET

Minus Fine Furniture specialises in free standing furniture and when an opportunity to create a bespoke dining set we love to take it up. Dining tables and sets are special projects for us, what they represent is something we feel very strongly about. Here is a bespoke dining set that was designed specifically for our client. 

The brief was to make a dining table and two chairs that firstly fit the space nicely, a set thast doesn't take up too much space and sit in a specific place of a small apartment in the City of London. 

The small space set the restrictions and our creativity had to shine through. The circular shape allows the table to slot nicely into the space while also making the piece functional. The chairs are extremily light weight while also boasting traditional mortise and tenon joinery to ensure they last. 

The pedestal table took inspiration from Roman column architecture, giving the piece a little detail that creates some aesthcic interest.

The set is made from English ash sourced from sustainable sources.
